How is Novikov Asian? Bodrum, Muğla

Novikov Asian is the Bodrum Yalikavak branch of Russia’s famous luxury restaurant chain Novikov. The Pan-Asian flavors of the restaurant, which is very assertive about seafood and located in Yalikavak Marina, are at a level that looks different from the presentations and flavors abroad.

The fine-dine concept restaurant operates in the allegory of an open kitchen and chef restaurant. As soon as you enter the door, you see the seafood portfolio for that day, and you can choose accordingly. The talented chefs can prepare the seafood you choose, cooked or raw, as requested. You can also make your choice from the menu.

The flavors on the menu are mainly seafood, but you can also have Peking Duck, just like in Asia. Or you can order Fois Gras (Foie Gras) like in France.

At Novikov Asian, which also has Robata, Teppanyaki, and Wok options on its menu, we had sea bass ceviche, tuna sashimi taco, Peking duck, Peking duck salad, oysters and shrimp and crayfish sashimi imported from Spain.

We also ordered a grilled sea bass with a beautiful presentation and many different sauces. It was simply delicious.

For dessert, we tried their sorbets and found them very successful.

Apart from the success of the chefs and kitchen team, hats off to the servers’ professionalism, training, and attention.
