This is our ultimate steak; we die to its sizzling Maggie sauce. Cowboy Steak is a bone in Ribeye. Steve’s Sizzling Steaks is one of the oldest steakhouses in New Jersey. Since its inception in 1936, Steve’s has focused on the best steaks, a comfortable rustic ambiance, and friendly staff. It’s survived more than 80 years. The sauce of the steak, the potatoes, and the mushrooms are all the signatures of Steve’s. The prices are reasonable, and you feel yourself in a hunting lodge.

If you order a steak, a fresh garden salad with your choice of dressing comes before your main entree arrives. Your salad dressing options are Bleu Cheese, French, Honey Mustard, Buttermilk Ranch, Russian, Italian, Vinaigrette, Caesar, Horseradish Dijon, or oil and vinegar (Balsamic or Red Wine). Our selection is always blue cheese. We still believe it’s the best. 

And for the Entrees, you have good steak options. According to the cooking temperature level, you can order any of them. Cowboy Steak (Bone in Ribeye) 22 oz, Filet Mignon (2 sizes) 6 oz or 12 oz, New York Strip 14 oz, Porterhouse (Bone-In Combo of NY Strip&Filet Mignon) 24 oz, T-Bone (Bone in NY Strip) 20 oz, Top Sirloin 10 oz, Ribeye, and the list go on.

As we said so, we ordered Cowboy Steak. It was a delicious monster covered with fries on a metal plate. I called my steak medium-rare, and it came exactly as I mentioned. 

Steve’s Sizzling Steaks is an icon on all steakhouses. I had one of the best steakhouse experiences of my whole life.
