2023 Michelin Star Restaurants in Turkey Announced! (Full List)

Michelin Guide, the world’s most prestigious restaurant rating system, announced the new restaurants from Turkey that made it to the Michelin Guide this year and the stars they were awarded. We were at the award ceremony at Zorlu Center.

While the positions of the restaurants that received stars and awards last year were maintained, the number of restaurants that received Michelin stars in Turkey increased to eleven with the new restaurants added to the list.

This year, only two restaurants from Istanbul were awarded 1 Michelin star, while most of the stars went to restaurants in the Aegean Region. Accordingly, below, you can find the complete list of restaurants in Turkey that have received Michelin stars and awards in different categories.
